In addition to Real Estate Notes we buy Notes secured by mobile homes, certain businesses and structured settlements and annuities. Our company is owned by Ken and JoAnne Gain and both work in this business. JoAnne is primarily responsible for accounting and administration, but she does act as a backup source to Ken when he is not in the office. Most probably you will be dealing with Ken who has the primary responsibility for corporate marketing, buying Real Estate Notes and making loans. He holds four nationally recognized professional designations in real estate and has been President of the Alaska Association of Realtors and well as National President of the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute. He has taught real estate finance for the University of Alaska and is the author of a Real Estate Commission approved continuing education course for real estate agents on the subject of privately created Real Estate Notes.
