FINANCIAL EDUCATION We offer a number of courses in financial education that have been approved for continuing education by the Alaska Real Estate Commission. The courses currently approved, or in development include: Financing Outside The Box - Part I - - An introduction to Creative Financing. (Approved for 5 hours CE) Financing Outside The Box - Part II - - An introduction to Commercial Financing. (Approved for 1 hour CE). The Nuts and Bolts of Commercial Financing - - This course is currently in development and is expected to be 3 hours, so that when combined with Financing Outside the Box - Part II and 1 hour of Investing with Retirement Funds, will meet the 5 hours of required continuing education in finance for Commercial/Investment Agents. Real Estate Investing with Retirement Funds - - This course is designed to demonstrate the advantages of using retirement funds including, Individual Retirement Accounts, for achieving superior investment returns in real estate (pending approval for 2 hours of continuing education). More Sales with CA$H NOW Seller Financing - - This half hour presentation, although not approved for continuing education, is an excellent topic for a sales meeting.
